Mike is the founder of the Company. He is a specialist in financial product structuring, with significant experience gained over his fifteen-year career as an investment banker, covering structured loan finance, preference share transactions, property structured finance, securitization and equity derivative structuring. Mike's portfolio management experience of eight years ranges from a Sharia compliant investment product at Investec, that he established and managed, through to the management of a R3.5bn protected life portfolio at Cadiz Asset Management. |
